Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 13, 2026

Introduction

Noticestry and its affiliates (“Noticestry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our website, use our mobile applications, or access Relay and any related products or services (collectively, the “Services”).

By visiting or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. When we do, we will post the updated version at relay.noticestry.dev/privacy. For material changes, we will also notify you by email or through the Services.

Information We Collect

We collect two categories of information: information about our customers and users (“Noticestry Data”), and information our customers ask us to process on their behalf (“Customer Content”).

Information you provide directly

  • Full name, username, email address, and contact details
  • Optional account profile information
  • Billing address and payment information (processed securely by third-party payment processors — we never see your full card number)
  • Messages, posts, files, or other content you create or upload through the Services
  • Communications you send us (e.g., support requests, feedback, surveys)

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, features used, and time spent in the Services
  • Referring URLs and general geographic region (derived from IP address)
  • Cookie identifiers and similar tracking data (see Cookies section below)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services
  • Authenticate your identity when you log in
  • Process transactions and verify billing
  • Send you account-related communications and customer support responses
  • Send optional marketing communications about Relay features, updates, or offers (you can opt out at any time)
  • Analyze usage patterns to understand how the Services are used and improve them
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the Services
  • Comply with our legal obligations

We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties.

Customer Content

Where customers connect third-party integrations or services to their Relay accounts, we may process Personal Information on behalf of those customers as a data processor, strictly according to their instructions. Customers retain full control of and responsibility for their Customer Content, including ensuring they have the right to share it with us.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (web beacons, pixels, software tokens) to recognize you across sessions, monitor usage and traffic, and improve your experience.

Session cookies

These are required for the Services to function. They keep you logged in and allow you to move through the application without re-authenticating on every page. They expire when your session ends or after a security timeout.

Analytics and advertising cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the Services. Google Analytics cookies do not personally identify you. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We may use remarketing features (such as Google Display Advertising) to show relevant ads on third-party sites to users who have previously visited Relay. You can manage or opt out of interest-based advertising at Google Ads Settings or via the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tool.

Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can configure your browser to block or alert you about cookies, but doing so may affect the functionality of the Services.

When We Share Information

We do not share your Personal Information except in the following circumstances:

  1. With your consent — when you explicitly authorize us to share information with a third party.
  2. Service providers — with vendors and partners who help us operate the Services (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, customer support software). These parties are contractually bound to use the information only to perform services on our behalf.
  3. Legal requirements — when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Noticestry, our customers, or others.
  4. Fraud and abuse prevention — to investigate or prevent illegal activity, fraud, or threats to the security of the Services.
  5. Corporate transactions — if Noticestry is acquired by or merges with another company, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  6. Aggregated or de-identified data — non-personal, aggregated statistics that cannot reasonably be used to identify you may be shared with partners or made public.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or 14 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the applicable minimum age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Security

We follow industry best practices to protect your information, including:

  • HTTPS with TLS encryption for all data in transit
  • Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
  • Hosting on infrastructure with high physical and technical security standards (including ISO and SOC 2 certified providers)
  • PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors for all payment transactions — we never access or store full credit card numbers

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to log out at the end of each session and avoid leaving your account open on shared devices.

Data Storage and International Transfers

Noticestry is operated from the United States. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in the US or other countries where our service providers operate. We take appropriate steps — including contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for EU customers — to ensure your information receives adequate protection regardless of where it is processed.

For EU/EEA customers

If you are located in the European Economic Area, Noticestry acts as a data processor for Customer Content and will enter into a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with you upon request. The DPA incorporates the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. To request a DPA, contact us at [email protected].

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the Personal Information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your Personal Information (subject to certain legal or business retention requirements)
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time via your account preferences or the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below.

Note: Content you have published through the Services to third-party platforms may remain available on those platforms after deletion from Relay, as it is subject to those platforms’ own policies and controls.
